1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio Description

1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio originally purchased from an Alfa Romeo dealer in Chicago, IL. A year later the elderly owner of the Alfa relocated to Florida where the Alfa sat for years; when I acquired the Alfa from the original owner’s estate.

This is a low mileage (14,070 miles)and rarely driven 1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio in excellent original condition. I’ve owned the Alfa for the past 17+ years, and I’m an avid car and motorcycle collector, with a passion for Alfa’s and everything Italian. This Alfa has been cared for by Alfa Performance Connection (Anaheim) the entire time I’ve owned it, and it also underwent a mild restoration about 10-years ago (performed by Biba Restorations – Los Angeles). All the systems on the car work – heat, A/C, power windows, electrical and mechanical. In preparation for selling the car I had APC perform an inspection and service, where the clutch was replaced and the master cylinder was replaced…and the car is in perfect mechanical condition.

The car has never been abused and has always been driven responsibly. The engine purrs and the transmission shifts perfectly. The Alfa is in great condition inside and out, and the optional hardtop comes with the car (although I never used the hardtop) – this is a sorted out Alfa with NO issues, and it has been garaged kept. This is perhaps one of the finest Spider Quadrifoglios in existence, and is rust free because of its southern California home for 17+ years. The car is a fun “driver” car and starts every time. It looks great and is a real head turner. It’s a perfect car for an Alfista that would like a top-notch Alfa, but also an Alfa that someone can work toward perfection on weekends.

After years of enjoyment, I’m liquidating my collection of cars and motorcycles, and this Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio is now destined for a new owner and Alfa lover. I’ve set a very reasonable reserve and I encourage you submit an offer – this Alfa is truly for sale and will be sold to the highest bidder (provided the reserve is met).
