1978 Austin Cooper Description

Selling my 1978 Austin Mini Cooper with matching trailer.Car was transported from England in 2004. Carwas restored and painted in 2006. The trailer was created in 2006 according to the previous owner.Thecar is registered under my name in California, current tags are good till June 2021.Car starts and drives great. Always turns heads and attracts fun attention. I can provide additional photos and running/driving videos upon request.

Motor/Suspension/Exterior

·1275cc Metro MG transplant with Stage 2 tuning kit

·Ported and polished cylinder head with 35mm inlet valves

·Superflow side exhaust system with LCB exhaust manifold

·Carburetor spring and needle upgrade

·New fuel lines from tank to motor

·K&N Cone Filter

·2 core performance radiator with 12v aux fan

·Heater matrix delete (still have parts – will come with sale)

·New alternator, spark plugs, and wires

·Replaced radiator thermostat with 160F for CA weather

·Replaced all fluids – Motor oil/filter, brakes,radiator, etc less than 1k miles

·Full polyurethane bush kit for motor and suspension

·Top engine steady kit with poly bushings

·8.4 front disc brake conversion with stainless steel braided lines (Pads are less than 1k miles)

·Rear wheel cylinders and shoes replaced (Shoes are less than 1k miles)

·Blistin Gaz Shock absorbers on all 4

·Front and rear aux lighting with interior switch

·1-3/4” wide flare kit with Austin Minilite 12” wheels

·Chrome accent front headlight eyebrows

Interior

·25th Anniversary Edition seats and side panels

·Interior sound denting insulation

·Low iron windows (has tiny hint of blue tint)

·Smith 3 clock Tachometer and Speedo

·Wood Dashwood in white

·Bluetooth enabled stereo with Rockford Fosgate speakers
