1988 BMW M5 Base Sedan 4-Door Description

This all original M5 has been in storage since 1996. It still has the 2-97 ma inspection sticker.It has had only one registered owner. I bought it from the owners widow. It has 112,000 mi. After 20 years storage I replaced the fuel pump, cleaned the tank, new battery clutch slave cyl., did valve job, new distributor cap and wires, rebuilt brake calipers, new guibo, muffler, and many other small parts. The rear suspension has been modified for better handling. This car is fast and handles great. The paint is original and shinny, and has a couple of small dents and blemishes. There is no rust or rot. The leather has some wear. The plastic dash has some cracks. This is one of about 1200 M5 BMWs sold in US in 1988. 508 864 8887 Charlie.
