NO RESERVE AUCTION
I am selling my 1972 BMW 2002. It comes with a clean California title, currently on "non op" registration and a bill of sale. Please take a look at the pictures and read the description. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. For additional pictures please click on the photobucket link below.

Exterior: This car was originally Atlantic blue from the factory. It still has its original paint under the hood and in the spare tire whels. This car was painted orange at sometime in its life before being repainted a metallic version of Atlantic blue. The current paint is a lacquer and is rather worn. It is chipping and peeling in some areas. This car has been a California car for its life and is mostly rust free. There are some small areas of bubbling in the paint that are starting to show. I have taken pictures of these areas.
Engine/Transmission: This car still has its original Numbers Matching engine. It has been rebuilt in the past with performance modifications. I was told it has higher compression pistons, performance camshaft, and has twin dellorto side draft carburetors. Just recently the cylinder head was rebuilt. The original 4spd transmission has been replaced with a smooth shifting 5spd. The engine fires right up and makes very good power. This car has been sitting for a short while and I would recommend a service/tune-up.
Interior: This car interior remains stock and original with the exception of the frontseats. This car has a set of very nice sport seats.
Overall: This is a great chance to get into a early 2002 with modifications.
