1991 BMW 3-Series Arctic White Description

Up for sale is my rare, classic1991 BMW 325ix. I am the 3rd owner, and know the previous owners and the car's history. Extensive service records available. I've owned the car approximately ten years and on purchase, the original ix motor was noted to have a cracked head. This motor was replaced with a rebuilt ix motor ($3500 in receipts) with only 30k miles on the rebuild and now has an additional 30k miles on the odometer. My daughter used the vehicle while in college and it's been driven sparingly since. Maintenance work over the last 10k miles includes replacement of the front wheel bearings, front axle rebuilds, replacement of rear shocks, a muffler and an alternator.Other updates include a sunroof panel replacement and repainting, front fender replacement and repainting, as well as repainting of the front clip and hood.
Although this has been a PA-title vehicle, there is no exterior rust. Frame rust is superficial, not structural. All diff and transmission fluids replaced with Red Line products on purchase. 4WD works per factory specs and the car shifts crisply. The engine runs strong and has no leaks. No obvious transmission or power steering leaks. The exterior quality is good to very good, reflecting the recent body and paint work. The leather interior and trim as well as door panels are good. The driver's seat cushion is torn but the seat is structurally sound. The carpets and headliner are good. Passenger seat heater works, but not the driver's side. A/C charged at last inspection and works well.The basket weave wheels are in good condition with expected wear marks and dings. Thecontinental tires have 8-10k miles left tread-wise.
These cars are legendary snow machines and are often found for sale with 350k+ miles! All in all, a great cosmetic and mechanical representative of this year and model.
