1990 BMW 3-Series Description

The car has been sitting in my garage for 5 years. Prior to sitting in the garage, t sat at a repair shop for a year. The shop closed and the car was boxed in and sat there for a year. I did drive it home from that shop and that was the last time it was driven. It was at the shop for brakes and shocks. Interior needs to be replaced. Roof was replaced about 8 years ago. I am the 2nd owner. It was a great car and fun to drive. I wanted to fix it but now I need to sell it. I did start it recently with cables and it ran poorly, robably from sitting for so long. It cannot be driven. Body is in good shape. The hood has a dent and the opening device needs to be fixed. I've never used pay pal and would prefer cash but will set one up if necessary. This is my first time using ebay and selling a car. I hope I've included all info needed.
