1971 Replica/Kit Makes Bugatti Description

I have for sale a VW replica Bugatti kit car. Titled as a 71 bug. First and for most, this is a project. Needs WORK. engine turns over by hand. Have not tried to start it. Fiberglass body overall is in really good shape for its age. The leather seats are nice with just a few small rips at the edges. The transmission shifts in and out of gear but clutch doesn't work. Looks like someone started restoring it at one time. 3 of the four tires are new. Tons of spare parts. The body is just sitting on the frame. The frame itself has been welded with angle iron to reinforce the sides and meet the needs of the body. There is a small hole in the floor board on the passenger side and someone opened the Chanel for access to the shift linkage. Any questions please let me know.
