Bugatti Model 35 Clone Description

1928 Bugatti Model 35 Clone Kit Car Road Race Car. The kits were made in the 1970's and made to put on a VW Bug chassis. The car was started and never finished, but was being constructed for some fun track days.
The kit looks close the real thing, but it is not an exact copy. I am unsure how the engine runs or if it runs as I bought to body put on Model A chassis, but plans have changed. It steers, rolls, and the fiberglass body looks to be in nice shape. No cracks, or breaks. The gas tank is under the hood. Tires hold air, but dry rotted. It is wired, but the wiring appears old. No radiator, is was going run a VW engine.
This is not street legal as it sits, and there is no title or registration. Sold "As is" "Where is" with absolutely no warranty of any kind.
