1964 Buick Riviera 2 DOOR COUPE Description

A beautiful example of a very sought after Buick, one of only 2,122 rare Riviera's equipped witha numbers matching 425 cubic inch nailhead engine with factory " Super Wildcat" dual Carter AFB carburetors, and showing only 55,718 miles on the odometer.

Highly optioned with AC, PB, PS, power windows and vents, power antennae, cruise control, power seats, a perfect wood steering wheel with tilt,Riviera deluxe custom interior, and speed minder. All original upholstery is flawless with zero blemishes. Head liner and dash are immaculate. There is also the " day two " tasteful addition of a very vintage vacuum gauge in the center of the dash that was probably installed early in the cars life. Even the original spare tire is still in the trunk!

Exterior chrome is all original and has to be seen to be believed! The car was repainted once a long time ago in original JJ code red laquer. It still shows very well for laquer, but future attention to detail would be to the discretion of the new owner.

The only deviations from being totally stock are the additions of brand new Goodyear Eagle RS-A P255/55R17's mounted on American Racing 10 X 17 rims on the back, and P235/55R17's on 8 X 17 rims on the front, as well as a modern Sony AM/FM/ cassette player. There appears to be no modification to the dash where the new radio was mounted.

Torepeat, this car is one of only 2122 "Super Wildcat" Riviera's made in 1964. The original dual quad air cleaner has been rechromed ( at great expense), complimenting the aluminum ribbed Buick valve covers. Brand new complete correct exhaust system.

Only flaws that can be noted are the tail light bezels which show some pitting, and a small burn mark on the console next to the drivers knee, likely from a cigarette back in the day.

I will personally perform and pay for the brokerage requirements to allow me to actually bring the car into Michigan with a 100% clear title, for pick up by the transport company of your choice, or drive her home.
