Only 1500 miles on Rebuilt Motor, Over 400 HP, Clean inside and out
1987 Buick Regal Grand National Coupe 2-Door Description
**Please message me for VIDEO LINK (walk around and driving demo)**
I purchased this vehicle in 2006 with 61,587 miles on it from whom I believe was the third owner. It was nearly all stock at the time. I have used it sparingly for occasional weekend cruising and it has only 66,460 miles on it now.
I have not made any major cosmetic changes but I have had quite of bit of work done to upgrade the performance while making sure that it still has a mainly stock appearance but also becoming much faster and fun to drive. As for cosmetics, I would describe both the interior and exterior as "good condition driver quality". I like to say its a classic "10 footer" on the outside, very clean and nice on the inside. It has been garage kept always. More details about the vehicle below:
-- Total Engine and Transmission Rebuild by Anderson Performance Motorsports (near Baltimore) in late 2009 with approx. 65,000 miles. Results per dyno test are 414 HP and 515 TQ at the engine. They installed a Shift Kit for "performance hard shifting" you might say (can be put back to normal if preferred). Please see Photo of Detailed Receipt for specifics).
-- Hooker Cat Back Performance Exhaust installed August 2007 (62,000 miles)
-- Tin Man Cold Air Intake installed before I bought the vehicle.
-- Several other new parts installed over the years due to stock parts failing, including Center Link, Coil Springs, Idler Arm, Tie Rods, Oil Pump, Timing Chain Cover, Water Pump, Radiator, Valve Covers and Gaskets, Heater Core, Neutral Safety Switch, Mas Air Flow Sensor, Front and Rear Brakes and full conversion to new Vacuum Braking system (I do have all Receipts for all work done since I have owned the vehicle).
-- New Tires have less than 300 miles on them. Cruise Control and all stock and aftermarket Gauges work (other than aftermarket Volt Meter, which works sporadically).
-- Some other relevant features/facts are that the Factory GM Radio had been replaced with modern radio and CD player by previous owner (I added upgraded speakers and Alpine Amp). Also, it has a fixed antenna (not power) that I removed as I don't listen to radio (only CDs) Sounds system works perfectly and sounds great! AC blows warm and always has but I never had it diagnosed since I would never use it anyway). Cigarette lighter was disconnected as it was causing a fuse to blow (no problem now). Opening Glove Box a bit tricky but works fine if knob is handled gently.
Great High Quality Driver you can enjoy right away the minute it arrives. Super fast and fun to drive, much better than stock but still looking very much stock overall.
Please contact me for VIDEO LINK and for any questions of course. I have a very reasonable Reserve so please Bid with confidence. It is priced to sell at a fair price.
