1965 Buick Riviera GS Description

1965 Buick Riviera Gran Sport
435 dual quad nailhead V8, correct LX code but not matching numbers to
the VIN. A likely explanation for this is the engine was replaced by the
dealer because of an original defective block. Was originally burgundy
with a black vinyl top. The repaint shows well with some bubbles and
imperfections on the roof. Runs and drives . Virtually rust free
with only a few tiny pin holes in the floor as shown. Power steering,
power brakes, AC, automatic transmission, power windows, power vent
windows, power seat, remote trunk release, wood grain trim option,
simulated wood steering wheel, cruise control, rally wheels, 2 x 4 brl
carbs. Great collectable car. needs some electrical work and the tires would need to be replaced
Some of the least popular and now rare options were on this car are an
original vinyl top (5.8%), cruise control (12.6%), simulated wood
