1966 Buick Riviera Description

Hello all,
It's time I move on from trying to hold on to something I no longer have the time for. My beloved Ophelia. Actually before I even get into this let me say I F*@#*&% LOVE THIS CAR! I will miss the hell out of it and when in position again will be looking for another 66-67. However for right now it's time to let her go in order to study abroad. So with regret here we go.
Let's start with the bad:
Electrical
There is an electrical problem that is causing the battery to drain. Someone changed the alternator to be internally regulated and it worked fine for 4 years and then it just stopped. This is about the same exact time the lights and horn were having a couple of issues so I'm assuming it's the relays. But I need a female adapter for the headlight relay before I can confirm.
Horn doesn't work (relay)
Lights don't go up and down (relay)
Wipers don't work (last owner put the wrong motor in it and I have no idea what it's from)
There was an aftermarket radio and alarm system but I've taken that mess out. The original is still there just not hooked up.
Rust
There's a hole in the passenger floorboard about the size of a softball
There's some rust around the trunk where it closes
Body
Small crack in the rear bumper (got bumped)
Windows could use some tightening and there are a few scratches on the drivers window from it being loose.
4" scratch on the passenger fender
one lug is broken off on the passenger front wheel. No idea how.
Needs shocks
Got hit while parked. Very minor and has been fixed (see photos)
Engine
Carb needs to be rebuilt. I started it last week and gas came spewing out.
Needs a transmission seal (have kit)
Needs an exhaust and headers need a gasket.
The stator switch arm broke off.
Brakes
Brake pedal is soft. I put a new booster in it a while ago and the pedal was still really soft and didn't stop that well.
Interior
Just one tear in the driver seat other than that the seats are in great shape
Don't have the original steering wheel
A/C has a leak in it somewhere but it works. It just runs out after a few days.
Glove box needs a new lock
The good
Not a brand new paint job but you can ride around with pride for a few years
I've never ever had a problem from the engine other than a clogged fuel filter. I'm convinced you could let it sit for a 100 years put some gas in it and it would start. Solid as hell!
2 year old carrier bearing
Carpet is in a really good shape
Interior in general is in really good shape
Extras
I have an extra axle
Unopened point eliminator kit
New 100 amp alternator on the car
More paper work and records of it's history and what's been done than would ever need for a car
Unopened spark plugs and wires
Before I parked the car at my friends house last year due to the electrical issue I was chasing down, drove this car EVERYWHERE EVERYDAY without a hiccup. It's old and needs some work but with just a couple of necessary fixes you can glide down the road without worry until you can get to the little things. The only reason I never got to fix the little things is because I live in NYC and the car got to many tickets while trying to get to it. If you live in NYC you'll understand. I know it also seems like a lot of work but it really isn't that much for someone with common tools and I'm really giving you guys the honest truth so there will be absolutely no surprises.
I will try to think if there's anything else I'm missing but I think I've covered all of it. Again I want there to be no surprises at all! Please go ahead and click on my name to find post about the problems I've had with the car and the joys I've had with her.
