1959 Buick Invicta Invicta convertible Description

First off I am not going to tell you some story! Sorry this is not some crazy car that some Hollywood guy lost in a poker game and it was found in a barn in Colorado with lost pictures of area 51 and aliens shaking Hoovers hand and taking Jimmy Hoffato space jail, or that its been sitting in a garage for 30 years and its a true survivo, yet it is covered in rust and looks like every shopping cart in the country hit at the same time. Nope that's not me and that's not this car! I purchased this car because I loved the way it looke, I always wanted one and it just so happened A good friend of mine had this on, and its a true drive-ablepiece of art, well I knew if he had it in his collection, It was the real deal and really nice, because he is super anal and finicky. So after looking it over and driving it, I had to have it ! So now its in the garage! But as dumb luck would have it I stumbled on another one at a car show, This neat old guy walks up shaking his head, looking at mine and said I have one of them in my garage, I said really? He said yup, you want it to go with this one? Um yes!! So it was a find of sorts. Well now I have 2, So I looked at the pair and the black one was not as nice and so I did not feel bad changing it up, So now my black one is getting the works, a Twin turbo LS motor, wheel, airbags, all the good stuff. So long story short, I don't need 2 1959 Buick Invicta convertibles in my collection! Yea yea I know keep a stock one and a custom one, My brain does not work like that, I must make changes! So I am offering up this stunning original true driver, piece of art to the next lucky owne, and if you get this car you are lucky, try to find one in this condition. So enjo, make offers ask questions, the price is fair please don'tlow ball me, I don't need money and I don't need the space and most important my wife does not care how many cars I have in the garage.
This is a true piece of art and I hope the next lucky owner enjoys it as much as I have.
This Buick is mostly original. So to start The color is Silver Birch and It did have one nice repaint a few years back, It looks great, I did not find any damage or rust at all, its very clean. The power top works perfect and it is original and it looks perfect, no rips. All the windows go up and down as they should. The chrome and trim are all very nice, with no pitting or issues anywhere that I can see..The emblems all look great. The 401 wildcat V8 has 325hp and 445 ft-lbstorqu, Shestarts up and purrs down the free way and never skips a beat..The twin Turbine transmission shifts and runs smooth
.Thepower steering and brakes work great. The interior is amazing with the tri-grey cordaveen and silver and white are so classy. All of the gauges and lightson this car work and make it stand out above the rest, it is a true piece of engineering art.
.The heat and radio work
I know of nothing this car needs, it has just a few minor issues that a "Fussy Owner may want to correct " I saw no reason too get into the little things as clean as it is.
It does have a small split in the seam on the seat, I had an interior guy look at it, He said its a 2 hour repair, So if he gets time I will get it repaired. Its in the seamthe white and silver meet . Also it has a couple real small chips on the hood that have been touched up, Youcant see them unless you look real hard.
The 59' Buick was the only year for the larger front and rear fins which makes it look real artisticand sexy. It is a huge difference from the 60's models, I personally think the 1959 INVICTA is the nicest of all the big fin cars and the rarest. They only built 5447 Buick invicta convertibles in 1959, and that year They built 5493, Electra convertibles. So the Invicta is the rarer of the 2
It is truly a wonderful car . It is not a trailer quee, it can be driven anywhere at freeway speeds with no issue, we just took it for a 500 mile drive and wow . Flawless show cars are no fu, but this car will draw a crowd at any show and give you nothing but miles and smiles.

Car has a free and clear title in hand. True miles are unknown because of its age but it does show 57k orig on the title and odometer.
