1939 Buick Roadmaster Model 81, 4 door sedan, "Trunkback" Description

1939 Buick Roadmaster: Model 81 4-door "Trunkback Touring Sedan". Classic beauty with suicide doors, stand-on” running boards, 20 c.i. straight 8 motor, hree speed on the column, ear and front turn signals (the rears were an industry first). Dark blue (original color). Starts and stops as it should, trong runner (work on your arm strength….no power steering and it weighs a hefty 4200 pounds). In excellent condition showing 90K+ on the speedo (seems realistic given the car’s condition). Dual sidemount spare tires, ood /straight chrome, ew “fat” white wall tires, ompletely and accurately restored interior with all knobs and buttons,the original (still nice) “banjo” steering wheel, riginal factory pushbutton radio, orrect (and restored) auxiliary heater installed, nd many extras of the era (all removable if you’d like…). Professionally restored and valid YOM California plates and up to date CAregistration.A very nice car that could be show quality with only a very little cosmetic attention....
