1975 Buick Regal Colonnade Description

1 owner car with only 46,137 actual miles! The owner was so fond of the car he gave it a body off frame restoration to look better then new. Has plenty of original documentation including order form, window sticker, paid receipt and original title. Also has the glovebox manuals and sales brochures. It was born exactly as you see with the same exact features that are on the window sticker. EXTERIOR: High show quality from bumper to bumper. Very rich... looking colors. I never use the word flawless, but I think I will to describe the body on this car. The body is laser straight, the lines and gaps are excellent. No rust, no damage, no dents, no bubbles. Every panel is laser straight. The dark walnut metallic paint is very rich looking. Has a clear coat finish that is polished like glass. Door jambs are meticulously painted and glossy. The crisp white vinyl top is pristine and really pops against the walnut. Bumpers are rechromed, rub strips are excellent. Has optional bumper gaurds. Every piece of trim is mint- marker lights, emblems, hood ornament, headlight bezels, grill, taillights etc. Stainless trim around the windows is excellent. Even the plastic trim around the 1/4 windows is mint (they always yellow and crack). Weatherstrips and window seals are like new. It has the optional factory 15 inch chrome Buick mags. Firestone tires look to be in excellent shape. INTERIOR: It is just like sitting in a brand new 1975 Buick. It's spotless. The original white upholstery is in excellent shape. Has fold down center armrest. The door panels, rear deck, any plastic trim is mint. Headliner, visors and mirror is mint. Dash pad is pristine. Lenses, knobs, vents are excellent. Has original Am-Fm radio. Interior lights work. Has new carpet and sill plates. Has optional tilt wheel, deluxe seat belts. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Show quality motor compartment like it just left the factory. Has the original 350 with optional 4 barrel carb. It was inspected, timing chain and gaskets replaced. Has all the factory components. Complete air cleaner with heat riser and ductwork. Original shroud, washer and overflow bottle. Everything is clean and detailed. New hood insulation, jambs are painted slick. Air conditioning blows ice cold, it is retrofitted with 134a freon. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the trunk jamb are painted just as nice as the exterior. The compartment is clean metal with a pristine gray spatter finish. Has 5th matching chrome wheel with an original tire for a spare. Jack was cleaned and touched up. Has correct mat. Its detailed- the wiring is mint, decals and weatherstrip is new. UNDERSIDE: Body was pulled from the frame. Everything was cleaned and painted. Floors are clean rust free metal painted satin black. You can eat off the bottom of the motor, it was repainted the correct blue. Fuel pump, oil filter, starter, drain plug look new. The original turbo 350 trans is clean. Entire suspension and steering was rebuilt. Shocks and springs were replaced. Has correct exhaust with converter and brand new muffler. Brakes were redone, has disc in front. Brake lines and e-brake assembly was replaced. Fuel tank, sending unit and fuel lines were replaced. The quality and story really make this car extra special.
