1965 Cadillac DeVille Description

Up for Auction is my 1965 Sedan Deville. It was to be a sunday driver and project for me but as is often the case life got in the way and I have not been able to devote the time to this car it needs. This is a nice solid project starter car. The car is in need of someone to take it to the next level. It will need some body and paint work as the paint is faded and there is some rust on the roof. See pictures. Most of the rust is on the top where an original vinyl top must have been removed and the holes not dealt with properly. Frame, quarter panels and floors are in good shape. Interior will need door trim parts to complete. The seats and headliner are in nice shape. All power windows are operating but Vacuum door locks, wiper moto, AC cruise & control do not . Motor Starts easy and runs well but it does sound like it will need new lifters soon and I have them. All brakes have been redone (could use adjustment) and the control arms rebuilt and all bushings replaced. This car is a joy to drive and would not take much for someone with the time to devote to it. I simply do not and need to get it into someone else capable hands.
