1967 Cadillac Superior Crown Royale Hearse Description

I've owned this Cadillac for over four years and it's been a great ride. Although the car isn't brand ne, it shows very well for it's age. The windshield is beautiful with the royal blue sunshade tint. It's in nice shape with only one small chip. (see pics) Otherwise all the glass is in great condition. The body and trim are in fairly good condition with minimal bumps and bruises. I have the few exterior trims/badging that you don't see as well as a small box of other small parts. (every original trim part is still with the car...) The headliner is in great shape except for 5 small that where made for running wires, they are currently taped closed. It has the original 429 with 115673 miles on it. ( I've put 200 plus miles on it since first listing it on e-bay) It has updated exhaust valves and seats, electronic ignition, new timing set, water pump and belts. It has an upgraded alternator for the extra battery, high output halogen police lights and air compressor for the horns. I started the conversion three years ago. As for the police lights, the flashers, wigwags, turrets and take down lights all work. There is a main arming switch to the left of the bank to prevent accidental "displays"...The "train horns" (three semi horns) work! although it's always a good idea to check your local noise ordinances before hitting the button...There is an electronic siren under the dash that has most of the typical "yelp" "hi/lo wale" sounds. At 100 watts it's very loud as well! The siren on top is a 1950's "Propello Ray". This was a hard to find and expensive item, ($370 through e-bay) the siren itself works although it would need to be hooked to power and a button. The light needs to be repaired... The car has good tires with front disc brakes, also comes with a spare and the original jack. This has been my daily driver off and on since I found it and it will be missed.I've taken several weekend trips to Seattle (250 miles) and have put over 7000 miles on it since I've owned it. I've just had a small oil leak repaired and the transmission pan resealed. The engine isn't as quiet as it once was and should be rebuilt at some point. If you've ever wondered what it's like to be a celebrity or get swarmed by the paparazzi then this is your chance! As for shipping, I would be able to deliver the car to a shipping location on this side of the border for an extra fee. (Seattle, Tacoma.) A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auction end. Full payment within 72 hours. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding or come see the car!
