1966 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. Fully loaded top of the line Cadillac for 66'. Last year of the rear wheel drive. Low production numbers. Only 2,250 total Eldorado's produced for this year. This example has the Rare bucket seat option. Estimated only 8% to have been ordered with this option.
2nd Owner since 1973. Has been preserved in storage for most of it's life.
Rebuilt 429 CID Engine. 340 HP/480ft-lbs Torque.
(TH400) Turbo Hydra-Matic Transmission.
Vehicle has been repainted keeping its original Firemist Red with added metallic flake. Sparkles in the sun light.
All Original black interior. Factory ordered bucket seats and center console. Beautiful wood door paneling.
New Convertible top, recent service including tune up and other parts replaced and serviced. The carburetor has been upgraded with a chrome air cleaner. I have the original carburetor and air cleaner still in good working condition. The Eldorado lettering and rear trunk deck trim piece is missing. I can have those ordered and installed if the buyer would like. Depending on the final sale price.
Excellent condition unrestored survivor.
