1974 Cadillac DeVille 20x7 Footer, 5,000 Pounder 500/400 ---- NO RESERVE Description

Two Men Died Before Their Families' Sold This Cadillac To Me.... Meaning to Say, They Didn't Part With It During Their Lifetimes. So Too, Did I Relate and Feel When I Came to Own it a Year Ago.... So As it Goes,
You Won't Be Disappointed,
This 1974 Cadillac Sedan DeVille is a Heartbreaker of a BigBoat LongBoy Caddy happened to be my birthyear Caddy, and my fifth.... Straddling the best Cadillac LongBody's of 71-76 that have the best of both worlds ---- Old School BigBlock Rear Wheel Boat 'Pushing ---- As Well All Modern Power Amenities and Comforts We've Become Accustomed To.... RetroR.I.D.E
Body Ruler Straight, Bold, and Gloriouswith Blood Red Factory Leather that is AMAZING
Pearly Whites and Crimson Billows,Tiburon a La Vista....
A Legend Around Town ---- any Town You'll Go
Truly believing I would own This Car for Life, I say without exaggeration nor false modesty, This is the Most Amazing Cadillac I've Ever Owned, Hands-Down!Drives Like a Dream ---- I Assure You ---- Wherever You Go,The Journey is the Destinationand about 8mpg city and 14mpg highway,You Won't Care, and Buy Gas Stations if you Have To,Believe Me,This Car is Therapeutic, Nostalgic, and Dream-Weaving, not to sound like a Hallmark Card, But I can Say With All Sincerity I've Never Loved a Car More, Having Owned Many....
I bought it a year ago from a consignment dealer in the Carolinas for $10k and Spent another $2k in typical vintage car maintenance repairs/ replacements.... This Car is 55k miles All Original and Clean Inside, Outside, and Underside! ---- Garage Kept since Birth ---- and purchased as a Cadillac Custom Special Color Combination in Texarkana, AK Oil Country by an Oil Man as per the Rear End Dealer Medallion....Sweet,The White on Black on Red is B.O.S.S....!!!!
Unfortunately, I blew the head gasket when I overheated several weeks ago, and the Mechanic says it needs $800 in work, that the big block steel motor is fine, (this car never leaked anything, only burned a quart of oil every 300-400 miles or so, nothing out of the ordinary for these Vintage BigBlocks, however, I neglected to monitor coolant level, which over many months slowly decreased, I have deduced, regretting my carelessness, natutally, how these things go....hhe)However, my reason for selling is not this, have no doubt, nor by any means ---- it is ONLY that I am moving to Chicago to a Home Garage with limited space and a city that is dense, crowded, and salts it's streets in the winter, and on account of my new love and business plans, and in all fairness to them, my beautiful Caddy is just not a practical additional expense anymore.... Sadness,And I Figure why spend the money repair and just pass down the opportuity to purchase this ride at a discounted price for my potential buyer, and take my loss like a champ, as a 'passion-car used sale always goes, and as every good seller does....
WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO ME IS THAT MY BUYER IS HAPPY ---- TRULY --- I'M HAPPY IF YOU'RE HAPPY
I WISH ONLY FOR AN HONEST CAR SALE WITH ALL DISCLOSURE AND IN ALL FAIRNESS AND HONOR
My Word is My Bond,
I Will Be Updating Listing over the Next Couple Days, including Pics, Specs, and Additional Info,
and so Thanks For Stopping By and Having a Look....
