1987 Cadillac Allante Pininfarina Description

1987 Cadillac Allante was sold new in California and remained in Greater Los Angeles until April of this year when it was imported into Ontario. Finished in grey or silver over red leather with red exterior trim and a black soft top. The Allante utilizes a Cadillac-designed chassis paired with Pininfarina bodywork, and the 4.1-liter V8 sends power to the front wheels though a 4-speed F7 automatic transmission. The car is equipped with a center console-mounted period in trunk 6 CD Changer, and it is offered with a color-matched hardtop. The Allante features an Italian-built body that was designed and built by coach builder Pininfarina before being shipped to the United States to be installed on the Cadillac chassis. Power comes from a 4.1-liter V8 that produced 170 horsepower and 235 lb-ft of torque when new. The front wheels are driven via a 4-speed F7 automatic transmission, work completed in the last 6 months as follows: New Tires, Brakes, Waterpump, a/c recharge, new battery and maintenance $3000 Fix operation of manual convertible top and clear dash codes fix tail light $1000 Recent Clean and Detail including polishing of optional upgraded chrome rimsSmall tear in Passengers seat 1/4" by 2" Lots more pics available just ask happy to email Feel Free to email with questions.Plans changed for Health reasonsCar Assembled in Detroit so no duties, allow $150-250 for customs and border protection documentation to be professionally handled by Customs Broker. Happy to Drive car across border into Niagara Falls, NY at no additional charge to meet transporter, once paid and documents completed.Something is draining battery when parked for long periods, when boosted charges and runs perfect, when parked for a week, new battery goes flat. Otherwise amazing car and fun to drive. Should go up in value as fewer and fewer available and only 21,000 were manufactured from 1987 thru 1993.Over $4,000 spent this year, my loss is your gain.
