1985 Cadillac Eldorado Commemorative Edition Description

Stunning example of an 8th generation Eldo. HD4100 V8, with just over 42K miles...Rare Commemorative Edition with Gold Package and two-tone navy and white leather interior. This is a true survivor. ALL ORIGINAL matching numbers vehicle. New radiator and thermostat were just installed just to be safe, new white walls just mounted in December. The car comes with an original set (4) of wire wheels still in the boxes from the factory. This is one of the cleanest Eldos you'll ever see, garaged its entire life.. Car can be seen upon appoint request in down town Boston/South End or a local reputable mechanic/Cadillac specialist. Car serviced by Armen at RMP Motors in Brookline MA. Paint has usual areas of crazing typical to GM lacquer finish. I was told not to repaint the car as it is all original with no rust and more valuable in its original state. If you know these cars, you know how rare this one is, last of the big bodies off the assembly line before the were discontinued and very few coupes still around in this condition with low milieage.
History: This was a sentimental purchase for me. I am a german collector but this car stole my heart for several reasons.. The car's previous owner was a close friend who who passed away several years ago very suddenly. I could not let it go to a stranger so I purchased it from his daughter. It was babied and driven minimally during the summers months only. I have enjoyed it tremendously and will be very sorry to see he go but its time.
