The Cadillac de Ville was originally a trim level and later a separate model produced by Cadillac. The first car to bear the name was the 1949 Coupe de Ville, a prestige trim level of the Series 62 luxury coupe. The last model to be formally known as a De Ville was the 2005 Cadillac DeVille, a full-size sedan, the largest car in the Cadillac model range at the time. Featuring the newest styling and features, the Deville was a... flagship for Cadillac. The massive 472cid V8 starts up well and sounds very good. The automatic transmission shifts as it should as well. Highlights include power brakes, power steering, vinyl top, power front seat, power windows and power locks, tilt steering column, rear defog, AM/FM radio, dash clock and cruise control. It has all the AC components but is not currently hooked up. The leather interior remains in very good condition and the exterior shows well also.
