1990 Cadillac Seville Description

For sale is a nice clean 1990 Cadillac Seville 4 door sedan we purchased from a friend of mine. He purchased it from a man that had purchased it from a estate sale. Apparently, he owner had been in a nursing home for several years and the car had been in storage since 1997.
My friend installed a brand new fuel pump in the car because the gas was old and had corroded up the pump. He also installed a new trunk electric pull down and a newAC compressor, ew accessory belt and both hood cylinders. He even sent the radio off to a repair shop in Florida to have the cassette part repaired and that was $251 with the shipping but he wanted to keep it all original.
Looking at the outside of the car the paint is in virtually perfect condition and appears to be all original condition. There is one very small ding on the right front fender ( see photo ) and a small ding under the rear of the right rear door. There are a few tiny places where someone used a touch-up brush but it isn't real noticeable.
All the chrome mouldings are nice too. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RUST ON THIS CAR ANYWHERE.
The leather is all nice and smooth, he dual power seats are in nice condition and there are no cracks in the dash. All the electronics work perfectly on the car. It has the fuel mileage meter, emperature and other options these had in their day. There is one small place on the drivers door panel that needs repaired ( see photo ). The carpet and mats are very nice and the car does not have any bad odors or stains anywhere inside the car. The headliner is not drooping anywhere but the inside of the windshield posts will need re-glued. As you can see in the photos, he trunk area is like it was when the car rolled off the assembly line...the spare has never been used.
All the glass is nice and clear too. Looking underneath the car there is one small oil leak around the oil pan it looks like and will leave a spot like the size of a half dollar over night. The tires are ok but I would install a brand new set just to make it extra nice. This luxury car starts, uns and drives like a new car and even has a brand new battery too. This car was sold new here at our local dealer, arker Cadillac in Little Rock. We have the original owners manual and a nice clean set of keys to the car.
