1987 Cadillac Fleetwood Description

Here is a project limo, I just do not have time for anymore. I got it a few years back, got it running, but found out that it had no brakes. I put it aside, and now I have too many to start this one again.This is a project car, needs restoration.
I have a clean IN title in hand. This is a real limo and not a funeral car.
