1969 Chevrolet Camaro Description

1969 Camaro RS COPO recreation. Car started life as an X44 V8 column shift, 243 vin #, emans blue with deluxe interior. Most of the original interior was not touched due to its superb condition for its age. After getting the car I wanted to build it the way I wanted and the transformation began about 3 years ago.
Engine-1969 427 512casting motor was found. It came out of a 69 Impala SS. Local engine builder Carter-Davis Machine did the complete rebuild of the motor. Compression was bumped up to 10.5:1, ump gas motor with around 425Hp. Friendly people at Pro Systems built the carb, ooker ceramic headers, luminum intake, ater pump, CI mini starterReproduction COPO radiator was used for the build.
Transmission- brand new Auto Gear Supercased M22 Rock Crusher from Jodys Transmissions* approx 1500miles on motor and tranny. Runs perfect!!!
Suspension- Rear End- 12 bolt Posi 3:73 gears, ower steering, ront disc brakes, ilt steering column, ilstein shocks
Interior- most of the original interior was kept, did have the front seats recovered. Interior looks great for its age.All the dash warning lights work along with the gauges.
RS Conversion- I used Detroit Speed RS Kit for the conversion along with the correct reverse light kit.Repro Endura front bumper
Body- straight car, ecent paint, t's a 10 footer.
Wheels/tires- 14" BFG, teel wheels with dog dish hubs Like new tires
