1970 chevrolet El Camino SS
1970 Chevrolet El Camino Description
A lot of car for the money. This drives as nice and looks as good as any $20,000 car you will find. It is priced low because it's not a genuine SS.
New 350 motor (about 5,000 miles) with vortec heads and Lunati cam. The motor has a really nice lope. Headers, 3 1/2 inch exhaust to muffler. 3" from mufflers out the back. Mufflers are Flowmaster style, 2 chamber. Sounds awesome. New Quickfuel 750 double pumper carburetor. New high torque starter. Twin electric fans. New tubular upper and lower control arms with fresh alignment and new tires. Paint is great and shiny, even inside the bed. Interior is in great condition, no rips or tears. New weatherstripping. Fresh turbo 350 with 2,000RPM stall converter. New wiring, everything works. Fresh synthetic oil change. Just serviced trans and rear end. Turn key ready to go anywhere.
This is a daily driver you could drive to New York tomorrow or put it in a car show. Super nice, very reliable. This is a keeper. The only reason I'm selling is because I have 9 cars and some have got to go.
If you come see it, you will buy it. It's too good to pass up.
Priced to sell and price is firm. I'm losing money, but I have to reduce my collection. Must see to believe, way better in person than in pictures.
Full disclosure:This car is not perfect. There are a couple minor dents and scratches. There are a few small rust areas under the back window and behind the passenger side rear tire. All accessible and easy to fix. The emergency brake and clock don't work. This car is registered as a 1971 el Camino. Clean and current registration in my name. Any questions please call me, Jeff 805-798-4397. Thank you.
