1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Description

Up for Auction at NO RESERVE! is a very clean 1979 Z28 Camaro. The car has 1 re-paint to the tune of $6500.00. Lets start by saying the car was never rusted, and the paint is beautiful, glossy and straight as an arrow. I put the body at a 9/10 scale. The underneath is not rusted or rotted. All frame rails and body mounts are clean. The trunk pan is nice( no holes) as are the floors. The only imperfection on the entire body is a 2" mark at the tip of the rubber nose where it was bumped by a toolbox in the garage. It is pictured. The interior is very nice also. All the gauges work including temp, speedometer and fuel. The heater is still fully functional. It has a brand new a/c pump and hoses that are not installed but will be included with the sale. The only imperfection to the interior is the rear speaker shelf where the vinyl is peeling up. These are readily available and are inexpensive to replace. The car has a newer replacement 350 crate engine that runs flawlessly. Starts right up at the twist of the key and idles nicely. The choke is fully functional on the newer edlebrock carb. It runs and drives down the road very nicely and the transmission shifts as it should. It has brand new wheels and tires all the way around. A friend of mine just bought a similar Z28 in not as nice condition and payed 20k for it. I believe someone will get an incredible deal on this one as there is no reserve. I have started the bidding at $8000.00. High bidder gets it! The new owner will not be dissapointed. Please e-mail me with any questions. Good luck!
