1970 Chevrolet C-10 Long Wheel Base
350 V8 Auto 91K Miles
Survivor, exterior refinished approx. 7 years ago.
Runs and Drives very nice and very smooth, shifts well.
Truck was found stored in a garage, running in rough condition. We purchased the truck and performed general maintenance and repair, such as tune up with spark plugs, cap, and button, and a few new seals here and there, due to sitting in storage. We installed 4 new tires, adjusted the brakes, put on a new carb, and drove it all summer, even to a few cruises. It is a very enjoyable truck, in an unmolested condition. The body is very solid, with NO ROT, and only very few pin sized rust bubbles here and there. The truck is not solid due to being repaired, it is solid because it had been well kept through the years, even the bed is not beat up inside or the bed floor. The glass is all in good shape with no cracks, the weather seals are good with no cracks as well. We feel like the condition of this truck, overall, is a solid 8 out of 10, with 91,xxx original miles, we believe its estimated value at a national level auction with interested buyers, to be around $ 8500. Our reserve is not set that high, it is at a fair price that reflects the ability to be able to get this truck to its next owner, who can care for it and enjoy it for years to come. Feel free to ask any questions about the truck, its history, or its condition. Thank you, and Good Luck.
