1990 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Silverado 4x4, 14k original mile survivor, unbelievable time capsule!
**Large pictures below the ad**
Only 14,550 miles. The nicest, cleanest original Blazer you will ever see.
Beige/Gold two tone with a Tan cloth interior.
Beautiful body and paint, perfect interior, 100% rust free Southern CA truck, no accidents, no dash cracks, no leaks, no drips, no dents, no squeaks, no rattles, never smoked in, no odors, no stains, all weather-strips and seals are soft and look brand new. The undercarriage and engine are near spotless and all of factory markings, stickers and tags are still present. Every wire harness under the dash and hood is exactly where the factory put it. Still has the original spark plugs, hoses, wires and brake pads!
This Blazer is amazing. It starts, runs and drives like it’s brand new. I don’t believe it’s ever had food or drink in it!
Everything is where it’s supposed to be including the spare tire, jack and hardware, glove box stickers and RPO codes. Not a single bolt or screw missing anywhere.
Original 5.7 (350) Fuel injected engine, 700R4 overdrive transmission, ice cold AC, hot heat, pwr windows and locks, pwr rear window, reclining factory buckets with console, tilt, cruise control, intermittent wipers, rear shoulder belts, folding rear seat, factory tinted glass, sliding side windows and 15” aluminum wheels, factory AM/FM radio (not the greatest but it works). Basically all original except brand new 31” BFGoodrich All Terrain KO2 tires. I also replaced the front and rear bumpers for ones with no moldings for a cleaner look and because the factory moldings had some scuffs (they’re not available anymore). The original Uniroyal spare is mounted inside and looks new. This is an incredible find and one you’ll surely never find again. The doors open and shut like new even the power windows roll up and down like new.
One California owner from 1990-2016. I bought it in San Diego and titled it in CA before bringing it to Arizona, it’s now titled and registered in AZ in my name.
I believe the original owner bought it new, drove it for a very short time and then placed it in indoor storage for 23 years. While in storage he passed away so the history will never truly be known. His family had no interest the Blazer or his belongings because of storage fees and the fact that they lived back East. All of his things were then sold at auction.I purchased this K5 from the gentleman that acquired it from that auction.
I have a clean Carfax dated 9/28/2016 and the only record on it is a CA smog inspection at 287 miles in 1991, that’s it… nothing else on it! A new one should show me on it now since I recently titled it twice and ran it through emissions.
I replaced the radiator and flushed all the fluids including the brake fluid, changed the oil, installed new tires and gave it a proper detailing. The original serpentine belt was cracking so I replaced it. It passed AZ emissions with flying colors.
This is the chance of a lifetime to buy a K5 Blazer with less than 15k original miles, the truck is mint and it needs nothing.
As nice as this is it does have some normal wear associated with a vehicle with this mileage such as surface oxidation on the bare metal parts under the truck. It truly is the nicest one you will ever find.
I have 100% feedback, bid with confidence
