Beautiful truck with very, very nicenice custom 2 tone black and silver paint. 71,000 miles, original correct 454 tbi injected motor with high performance comp roller cam, hooker headers, dual exhaust, ported throttle body, and Pete Jackson gear drive. Sounds incredible. Foose chrome 18 and 20" wheels with new tires, full power, cold Ac, nice stereo, and near perfect factory bucket seat interior that is all original.

In 1990 which is the first year of productionThe whole package cost $18,295, including Bilstein shocks, quick-ratio steering, heavy front anti-roll bar, and beefy 275/60R15 tires on chrome styled steel wheels. Separate coolers were added for engine oil and transmission fluid, while a heavy-duty radiator kept the V-8 running cool. Silverado trim with Garnet Red cloth reclining high-back bucket seats; standard air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, and lightly tinted glass. Other standard equipment included stereo with equalizer, sliding rear window, power door locks and power windows. a relatively lightweight two-wheel-drive half-ton packing a monster 7.4-liter V-8. Although the V-8 produced only 230 horsepower, its strong suit was torque: 385 lbs/ft of it at a mere 1600 rpm. This kind of grinding force resulted in 0-60 mph in under eight seconds, which was Ford Mustang GT territory at the time. The motor is well beyond those numbers now as far as horsepower goes but it's 100% ready to go, runs nice and cool, and will boil the tires off if you want it to!! 1990 is the only year these trucks had the 400TH transmission which made them a little quicker in the quarter mile than 91 & 92 trucks.

8th digit of the VIN is (N) which designates the CPC 7.4L V8 TBI L19 making this truck the real deal!

just FYI, If you don't like the hand laid pinstripes they can be easily removed with Pam oven cleaner!
