**SURVIVOR** The Original WAR WAGON 1971 vega funny car ISCA show car
1971 Chevrolet Other Description
Every hot rod guys dream, a REAL original barn find race car!!!!!!! I have not found a ton of info on this car other than it is a 1971 Chevy vega built on a funny car chassis, it hit the ISCA show circuit in 1972 in the midwest. i have been told it was shown at Indy, Chicago and Detroit and was a show stopper then and still is today. In the mid 70s it was retired from shows and thats where the trail ends until now. it was pulled from a barn in Indiana and sat at a local collectors for many years, then when i acquired the car we pulled the engine to have it gone through and freshened up, and gave the car a major clean up from sitting all those years. so now you see what it is, the perfect barn find survivor. The original lacquer pain job is still intact with the perfect amount of cracking and spidering to show that it is the original lacquer job and not a fresh re spray, the right amount of bumps and bruises to show its age and use. To me everything about this car is perfect for a vintage funny car/ show car, but this thing is a lot more than show! it sports a ground pounding blown and injected chevy 327 on fuel! the following list as rare orginal parts and features of the car

I am sure there are things i am forgetting because there is so much going on with this car. It get attention to every car show we take it, especially when we fire it up and run a few gallons of fuel through for spectators. I usually keep in front and center in my show room but am thinning the heard of cars to invest in some new things for my business. Be the talk of all your buddies with this car sitting in the garage or piss of the neighbors and fire it weekly!
i do not have a title for the car, bill of sale provided. not the kind of car you would want to tag and take on a family cruise night
please feel free to ask and questions you may have and i will do my best to answer them
