needs restored, complete original truck
I bought this truck earlier this year with the intentions of getting it up and running and doing some restoration work, things have changed and I have decided to let someone else bring life back to this old truck.
The gentleman I purchased the truck from bought it in 1990, it ran and drove at that time, it had been sitting in his front yard for the past 3 years, he said it ran when parked.
Truck was from GA originally, front bumper is a cattle bumper used on a farm.
6 cylinder, 3 speed on the tree ( original ) currently does not run, have not tried to start it, everything looks to be there ( wiring )
Interior is all there, original gauges, trim, floors have been patched, complete just needs redone.
Body is solid for a 51, no major rust holes but does have rust ( look at the pictures )it has sat outside for years.
Frame is in good shape, no rust holes, original leaf spring suspension front and rear, good condition and all there.
Tool box is full of misc parts, extra head and misc motor parts
Bed has a piece of metal over it, looks to have original wood bed under it but looks to have rot.
All glass is good except on vent window has a crack
No ignition key or keys for the truck
This is a PROJECT, does not run, no brakes, rolls good to load, tires hold air ( one goes flat after a few days ) IT NEEDS RESTORED, please NOT BID bid if you cannot pay.
This truck is well worth saving and bringing back to life stock or rod it, hard to find one this complete, look at the pictures if you have any questions please ask !
