1970 Chevrolet El Camino Description

LOW RESERVE!!! LOW RESERVE!!! LOW RESERVE!!!THE EL CAMINO YOU ALWAYS WANTED!!!!Big Cowl Hood!! Healthy Small Block!! Fat Tires outback on some Weld wheels!! And A slick Paint job!! Of course a Gorgeous woman riding Shotgun. But Sorry- Im keeping My wife LOL.Seriously though. The pictures speak for themselves on Our El Camino. It had a small restoration done on it About 6 Years back and been garaged pretty much its whole life. Really Up until now. Hate to sell it, but its not the only car we our selling. Family and life come before The toys. So, the toys will go for now and help get things back on track after this Big move home to NC from Colorado. Its a Deep Navy Blue paint Job, super sweet looking with the Silver Rally stripes. It was done during that restoration around 6 years ago, so you can see it has a gotten a few imperfections in the paint. It really could use a good Buff job.It was done professionally as you can see in the pix. All the Gaps are great. The Doors have great Gaps, the tailgate has great gaps and take a look at the Cowl Hood- still super nice and no chips. Fiberglass Cowl Hoods are notorious for chipping paint. But thats not the case here.If you look in the pic from the rear of the whole ELCO, you will see it missing its rear window trim and Rear tailgate trim. I actually have a guy in California that has both- if you need some help locating them. We just haven't replaced these yet.And you will see the older Rolled in Bedliner is exactly that -Old. That to us is the worst part. But those pieces aren't too badly priced.Under the Hood is a Healthy SBC with low miles on the rebuild. Holley Carb-Holley Intake and a Holley Fuel pump. Its 11:1 compression with roller rockers and a Comp cam that gives it a very Healthy sound but doesn't take away from he Drivability. This in combination with the Street Fighter stall convertor make it a blast to drive on the street and only a Blip of the throttle away from bringing a smile to any GearHeads face!Wheels are Weld Draglites. 15x6 up front with 275/60s on 15x8s put back.IF there are any things that I haven't covered or other pictures you would like, please get ahold of me 30-3;;746--18--52. Im sure a text message or a phone call can help with any questions you might have. Its always best to text me first because here in these Mtns of WNC my phone gets a terrible signal. As I mentioned previously, I set a LOW RESERVE and definitely a great Buy It Now price. So enjoy bidding as Im sure this will end up in somebody else's garage and make them a very happy person.
