1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Description

I am listing this car for my friend who's dad's passed away and had this in his barn since 1973. I am not an expert on Corvair's. I know older Chevrolet's so I will do my best describing this car. The floors appear to be solid (no carpet in the car easy to see they are solid) it has rot above the right head light (see picture) a little rust in front of the right rear wheel(see picture) some rust in the engine bay channel by were the battery goes probably acid leaked on it see picture. Some body damage on the lower left rear quarter. Also left door hing is broken so the door is damaged see picture. I have a decent door that will go with car only will need a hing (it has a little rust in the corner). The top does not latch down and the rear window is junk. I can not get the trunk to open I do not know what it looks like in there. The car has not ran since 1973. I was able to turn the engine by hand so it does not appear to be tied up. There is no warranty and I recommend you inspect the car yourself. I tried to take a couple pictures of the underside but that is hard laying on the ground. The car is also available locally so I reserve the right to end it early.
