1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SUPER SPORT REPLICA Description

HOW IS THE PAINT? To me its very nice, its a medium blue with lots of metallic. The shine is good, I see no rust bubbles, dents or dings, the body looks straight to me as I look down the sides. Under a critical eye inspection you find a spec or tiny flaw, but I consider it nice paint.
HOW IS THE INTERIOR? New seat covers, new headliner, new carpet, front door panels are new. Shifter bezel has some pitting.
HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its starts and runs good, I hear no knocks or rattles. Past owner said it was a 396, but I have not checked the casting codes. It has a nice looping cam, when engine have a bigger cam it takes longer to warm up. The carburetor is a new Holley with a electric choke. Exhaust systemlooks good.
HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting Turbo 350.
WHAT IS THE REAR-END? Its a tuff 12 bolt with positive traction and a 3:73 gearing.
IS THIS A REAL SUPER SPORT? No, but its a good replica.
HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK!
TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHT WORKS!
WIPERS WORK! SPEEDOMETER WORKS, but is fast because of the lower gearing.
HORN NOT WORKING! GAS GAUGE WORKS! OIL GAUGE WORKS!
HOW IS THE CHROME? Bumpers look like new, door handles look like new, vent window chrome has a few pits.
