This is an Original 1972 Custom Deluxe 20 Custom Camper pickup as and as you can see in the pictures it is very functional! The reserve price is set very low! The truck drives very nice for its age. The title is clear and the truck has spent most of its life in New Hampshire. It is now living in Brooklyn NY. This 1972 Custom Deluxe 20 Custom Camper pickup has a STRONG - 350 CID V8 in it and it is running very well. The engine starts right up and sounds good too. The engine is backed by a three speed automatic transmission which also functions very well. The original blue interior is VERY NICE, the seat cushion is covered by a temporary cloth, you would have to redo the seat if you remove the cloth. NICE original dash, NICE replacement dash pad, NICE original gauge cluster, NICE original deluxe door panels and a nice replaced steering wheel.
This truck is nicely equipped including power steering, factory heavy duty power brakes with Disc in the front, factory gauge package, original exterior mirrors, WORKING heater and defroster, and 3 seat belts. This truck is a great running and has power. The engine compartment was fitted with bars to make the compartment stronger and safer in a crash. Suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system.
This Pickup is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right! A hard to find collector truck which is not seen at every stop light for sure. There is the usual rust below the driver and passenger doors. But this truck includes 4 replacement panels that can be installed by the new owner if you want to finish the restoration job. Two for the doors, and two for the floors. The tires are old and need to be replaced if you intend to start driving the truck long distances. The bed is tough and only needs a repaint. The original front chrome bumper is good as is the heavy duty Chrome rear step bumper. Check out the NICE Stock steel wheels with nice factory center caps, boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this truck! This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. The vehicle is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic impression.
