1984 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Description

1984 Monte Carlo SS, true SS G code T top car that I recently took in on trade. All information listed was given to me by the previous owner & my personal observation. I have not personally tested everything on the car but will describe the Monte as best I can.

It has 355 with 4 speed auto, nice clean interior, new power window motors just put in. Nice tires and wheels, new double roller timing chain, alum intake, stock carb (needs choke adjusted?, kind of cold natured), new Msd Dist, dual exhaust runs strong, shifts well, & rides smooth. The exhaust, brakes, & most of the suspension appear to be relatively new. The original owner’s manual, original factory warranty book, & t top storage bags are included.

Was originally dark blue, paint is pretty decent, but has some flaws (see pictures). The speedometer stopped functioning properly about 2 weeks ago (it jumps around while you’re driving), the factory temp & oil pressure gauges are not working, but there are aftermarket ones installed to work. I notice it needs 1 low beam headlight & one turn signal bulb isn’t working. There is a brand new Kenwood radio mounted, but not hooked up yet. It is missing the finishing trim pieces for the t tops, & the dome light is missing. The AC has been disconnected, but the AC lines are in the trunk. There are a few scratches on the t tops & driver side ¼ glass.

Buyer is responsible for pickup/shipping.

This is a very solid car that needs a few odds & ends, but can be daily driven the way it is. Thanks for looking & if you have any questions, please ask.
