1962 Chevrolet Corvair Spyder Description

1962 Corvair Spyder Coupe

  • Flat 6 Cylinder
  • Special instrument panel with gauges
  • Spyder emblem on glove box door
  • "Turbo Charged" on horn button
  • Spyder emblems on exterior

* 61,000 miles showing on the odometer and I believe this to be the correct mileage for this car.

* The original exterior color was white, but the previous owner had it painted red. The paint job is very nice and shines up very well.

* The only floor pan rust is on the driver's side (see picture), which is an easy fix.

* This car is a real beauty, and with a few tweakslike thefront seat upholstery, it will easily be show quality. I hate letting it go, but its time.

* I tried to get pictures of everything, so checkthem outand ask questions! I have collected Corvairs all my life and I'm as old as dirt, so ask away andI will answer your questions as best as I can.

Forgot to mention that not only does it look great, it runs good, shifts good, and is a really nice driver.

Please note: Just found out from the body tag codes that the original color was tuxedo black, not white like the previous owner had told me. Sorry for the confusion.
