1963 Chevrolet Suburban Base Description

Rare 63 suburban, much more rare and better looking than the panels of this style. Easily get this truck running and driving, or great start to a full restoration. Nice rust free chassis, desirable coil spring trailing arm rear suspension with a 3.73 "Posi trac" 12blt rear axle. The engine is a small block 307 v8 from a 70 nova. Transmission is the original 4spd granny gear manuel trans. Rows through the gears nicely and clutch seems operable. All glass intact with no cracks! Will need all new weather stripping. Wiring all still there. To get running and driving will need. Starter, alternator, water pump, fuel pump and brake master cylinder. Body in decent shape, minimal rust in front floor boards. Rear left corner below tail light is about the worst area of body. Needs two front fenders realistically. Also missing the front grill and rear bumper. All parts can be purchased new. Wood in rear floor still in good condition.
