Selling our 1981 Chevrolet P30 Grumman Olson Step van. Body is all aluminum, engine is a rebuilt Chevrolet 350 carbureted. Mileage is between 35-50k. There's no way to know for sure because this is the third engine, and the odometer has rolled over already. Transmission is TH400 automatic. Cargo area is 12 feet long, 6 feet tall, 6.5 feet wide. This is a single rear wheel 1 ton from what I gather. 8 lug wheels. Van is a good base to start building what ever you dream of. You will need to know how to turn a wrench. Vehicle is currently registered and insured. Does run and drive, but does need work. Few drips and squeaks, I'm not a mechanic so this project is not for me. Passenger door window is cracked. Electronic choke needs to be adjusted, Brake master cylinder lid seal is bad. I just replaced the front brakes and purchased a new master cylinder for it, but did not install it. The van comes with what ever parts I have here for it in the garage, I know I have shocks for it, the master cylinder, and possibly a tune up among other things. Don't ask 1,000 questions as your guess is as good as mine. It was a flooring / delivery truck in it's past life. I bought it to convert into a camper but put up a building instead. I priced this less than anything comparable for a quick sale. The price is not negotiable do not offer less. Title in hand, cash buyer come get it! Don't ask me if you can drive it home. That is up to you to figure out once you purchase it, I don't care what you do with it as long as it's out of my driveway. Motorcycle hauler, wood hauler, bug out van, camper, food truck, what ever you can think of you can build out of this. Search the internet there are a ton of ideas. See you soon!
