Top of the Line 427/435 Corvette Roadster with Two-Time Winner of an NCRS Top Flight Award. Mechanically and Cosmetically Outstanding, beautifully presented in Marina Blue with Black Stinger Hood and Bright Blue Interior
The 1967 Chevrolet Corvette was the final and most highly developed of the groundbreaking and revered second-generation Corvette. This breathtaking 1967 Corvette Roadster, assembled at Chevrolet’s St. Louis plant and originally sold through Woodruff Motor Sales in South Carolina, was carefully optioned to be a captivating and potent package.
The mighty 427/435hp V-8 was complemented by a close-ratio four-speed gearbox, 4:11 Posi-Traction rear axle, and side-mounted off-road exhaust. This Corvette’s four-wheel disc brakes were upgraded with vacuum power assist and the rare J56 heavy-duty brake option. The F41 heavy-duty suspension was specified to enhance the Corvette’s surefootedness. Meanwhile, to ensure it was as beautiful as it was powerful, its muscular body was finished in brilliant Marina Blue, black hood stinger, blue convertible top, and Marina Blue auxiliary hardtop. A bright blue vinyl interior, rare headrest option, AM/FM radio, and tinted glass added comfort and style to this decidedly impressive roadster.
The NCRS Top Flight Award is an arduous pursuit, reserved for Corvettes that are restored to the highest possible levels of originality, performance, and appearance. This magnificent L71 roadster has won the award twice, demonstrating the painstaking endeavor and attention to detail invested in its restoration. The engine is original and has been certified by C.C.A.S. Docs include the Tank Sticker and Car Shipper. Don't miss this rare and exceptional opportunity to own a highly desirable, wonderfully presented, true American icon!
