Please read the complete description. I know it is a pain but hopefully it will answer all your questions. Up for auction are two 1950 Chevy 2dr sedans. Both are project cars. They are only being sold together, I will not separate them.
Car 1 was a former project car that was never finished. It has a 4 bolt main 350 and 350 trans with a 66 Chevy II 10 bolt rear. The car was fitted with a camaro subframe but honestly, it was not done correctly. It is too wide to make the car driveable. The interior and seats were covered in black tuck and roll and would be very useable. The body on the car is full of filler and at this point, I feel this car would be a parts/donor vehicle.
Car 2 is a completely original car. From the front tag on the car, it appears it was last licensed in 1966. The car still has its 216 six cylinder and three speed manual transmission. The body will need some rust repair but this is an Ohio car. Frame appears very solid. The trim etc seems to be all intact. I don't see any place the car has been tampered with from the original.
This is why I am selling the cars as a pair. I would use the original car as the base for a restoration and use the sub-framed car as a donor car. Both cars have clean Ohio titles in my name, I would be willing to help transport one of the two cars if they sell in the state of Ohio. Send any questions you may have. I am sorry I don't have any floor or trunk photos but I would guess they will need some repair. US sales only.
