1993 Chevrolet G20 Van Description

This van is in good running condition. There is some minor body rust, the undercarriage is in decent shape. Since we have owned it we have replaced:
Plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, pickup coil, radiator & radiator hoses, water pump, belt, tires, brakes, timing chain, and fuel filter as well as regular maintenance items needed. It has always had oil changes on a regular basis; not so much by mileage because this has been a weekend vehicle and we do not put a lot of miles on it. It runs great and also has a tow package and trailer brake installed. The woodwork adds a nice touch to the interior as well as all of the accent lighting. The rear bench seat folds down into a bed with a switch from the driver's seat. Never used it but would be nice to have on a long trip. Although it runs great it does have a few issues that I will list as accurately as possible:
* The A/C does not work. The compressor seized prior to us owning it and we have used it without A/C. I do not know what it would cost to repair but I would replace all hoses as well simply because of the age of them.
* Since there are so many lights and wires with these conversion vans, whenever the van would sit for a few days the battery would go dead. I was not able to correct the source of the problem so I installed a battery disconnect switch on the battery and when we are done driving for the day, I use the switch to disconnect the battery and have never had a dead battery since.
* The driver side power window recently stopped working, it will probably need a new motor. Do not put window down because it will only go up a 1/2" at a time and you will be stuck with the window down. That is not a difficult fix, I just don't have time to do it or get it to a shop to have repaired.
* While using a weed trimmer I threw a stone and broke one of the small rear side windows as shown in the photo. I have clear tape over the window. It has been like that for a few years. I don't use weed trimmers near vehicles anymore.
* Power locks must be operated manually
* Please note that vehicle odometer reading is currently under 132,000 but vehicle is being driven so mileage is approximate
* Muffler will need to be replaced, van is running a little loud.
* Roof was dripping when raining. I sealed around roof antenna. I am not 100% sure that it doesn't drip anymore.
I have tried to describe to the best of my ability everything that I am aware of.
This has been a reliable vehicle for the time that we have had it, and it cruises along beautifully on the highway, but we are preparing to move and will not have enough room where we are moving to park another vehicle; otherwise we would just keep it. If you need to pick up something big the captains chairs come out leaving you with a lot of extra cargo space.
I work long hours and may not be able to show the van until a weekend. Some evenings may be a possibility but my hours are unpredictable so weekends would probably be better.
