1987 K5 Blazer.

1987 Chevrolet Blazer Silverodo Description

I have had this blazer since 2005. It had a 305 in it which I replaced with a 350 about 6 years ago. I also put a new paint job on it after the motor was installed. It was completely sanded down to the metal. New rubber seals were put in along with new chrome trim among other things. The paint job was 3000.00 when it was all done. Now the clear coat is starting to peel on the top and the driver side hood. Please see photos! I tried to show the clear coat on he top. The hood isn't that bad. The interior still looks pretty good. It has a pioneer CD player with remote. I have a matching rim for the spare tire. It has a tire on it but it isn't any good. The drive shaft fell out a month ago and I haven't been able to fix it because of everything else going on at the time. The engine runs great. Other than the drive shaft being out (it needs a yoke) it is mechanically sound. The 4 wheel drive works. The windows are manual. The back glass is automatic but the cable is broke. The top is in good shape but the clear coat is going on that to. It was retextured when it was painted. There is a spot under the driver seat that needs to be addressed where the bolts are rusted through. I have drove it like that forever. There is a set of new shocks that come with it, ubber seal, hrome tape, nd a emblem stripe for the dash. I was told the engine I installed only had 10,000 miles on it.
