1982 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Description

This is a 2 owner car, with the last owner having it since 1984. Car has 77K original miles with a beautiful body, nice paint and excellent interior. Original 305 engine is in the car, but the cross-fire system has been replaced with a carburetor. Cross Fire system is included with the car. Engine is nice and quiet and transmission shifts smoothly. Original wheels are gone from the car, but have been replaced with mid 80's IROC wheels that were professionally refinished to new with Yokohama P245 50 ZR 16 tires with around 8K miles on them. There are a few minor problems with the car and I'm the type of seller that lists them. It has a minor valve cover oil leak. When the 16" tires were put on the car, the exhaust began to rattle. With 15" tires, there was none. Would need the hangers adjusted to eliminate. The car has a choke and is cold blooded when you first start it, but runs well when warmed up. Like all of these, the electric locks work, but are sticky. I tried the A/C and it wasn't cold, although it's all there. Power windows/brakes/steering all work well. The silver bottom up front has some scrapes as shown. These problems are all minor and the car has far less problems than most cars this age, although I've found from buying several cars at Bay that sellers tend to not tell you about any of them. The factory radio actually sounds good. The car drives very smoothly and feels like the low mileage car that it is. I've had several of these 80's Z28's/IROC's and almost all of them are beat to crap and worn out/rusty/etc. Not a perfect car, but about as nice as they come.
