1984 Chevrolet C-10 Description

1984 Chevrolet Scottsdale C10 6.2 liter diesel engine - naturally aspirated (NA). I believe the tranny is a 700R4. Dual tanks with fuel caps on both sides of the bed, and a tank switch in the cab. This was a city maintenance vehicle so it has virtually no interior to speak of. Vinyl bench seat and the basics you would find with a fleet vehicle. The bed is a fleet side (full size) bed that looks shorter due to the tool rack in the back. The bed also has a plastic liner.
The good. 1984 6.2 liter diesel means in California, you are smog exempt to do whatever mods you want. Never been in an accident, the frame is straight. Was repainted about 5 years ago and still looks good, though the clear coat is flaking off. Low miles for a diesel, and no engine issues. Super reliable. The hubs have an alternate bolt pattern spacer for aftermarket wheels (currently has Ford wheels). Decent, lockable tool crib included. Extra manifold without smog included. This is supposed to increase hp but was never installed. Power steering.
The bad. Bare bones truck. Window cranks (not power), it has a/c but does not work. The tires are ozone cracking with at least one completely shot (has a spare). The tranny is shot. I think it might move in 1st and 2nd, but 3rd and OD are gone completely. There is a dent on the right front quarter panel that can be seen on the pic. Couple of other dings here and there with little surface rust. Interior is cracking, but gauges all work. NO BATTERIES!!! Must be towed. The interior trim and dash are inside the tool crib.
Whatever extra parts are included, including a $350 tonneau cover that may or may not be any good.
Thanks
