1964 Chevrolet C-10 Description
This is my own personal 1964 Chevy C10 original short-bed. This truck has not been cut down into a short-bed. I always wanted one in the collection, but it just sits and hardly ever gets driven. I love giving these old trucks another life back on the road and build them to drive, not to sit. You could jump in this truck and drive it across the country tomorrow with the tunes playing and the electronic cruise set at 80mph. My goal on this particular truck was to give it an old school classic body with a modern twist. It has less than 700 miles on it since a complete ground-up build. I have done many, many LS conversions and this one had to have the right engine if it was going to be mine. It has a professionally tuned (by wideband with HP Tuners), LS 6.0 engine and 4L60e transmission in it out of a 2002 GMC Yukon Denali. It had 104,000 miles on it when it went into this truck. This thing runs hard with it's GM 12-bolt 3.73 posi-trac rear end. Not sure on the mileage it gets, but it has to be a good, solid 18-20 or so on the highway. Depends on how much you "play" I guess!
This truck pretty much got everything including:
- LS1 6.0 liter engine w/ 4L60e transmission.- Engine w/ headers and air intake professionally tuned with HP Tuners using wideband. (fueling is correct all the way to WOT)- PSI Conversion engine harness with PCM inside cab behind firewall.- Brand new aftermarket truck wiring harness.- LED parking/tail/brake lights.- CPP C-notched frame welded in.- 4-1/2" front drop using CPP modular 2.5" spindles and 2" drop coils.- 6" rear drop using 4" CPP coils and 2" aluminum blocks. (machined at 3 degrees to correct pinion angle)- 18" aftermarket wheels with Bridgestone Comp-2 A/S tires- Walbro 255 in-tank fuel pump with new sending unit.- Brand new 16 gallon fuel tank relocated between the frame rails in back.- True 2-1/2" dual exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. (runs through cross-member for better ground clearance)- Wilwood parking brakes.- Actual Black-Glass not tinted! I had all the glass special cut at over $700. (20% tint in glass)- Dakota Digital analog gauges.- Front and rear HD sway bars. (rear not shown in pictures)- Complete K-member out of a '91 suburban. (Basically bolts right in)- Power steering with brand new steering box.- Wilwood disk brakes on all four corners w/ 14" rotors up front and drilled and slotted rotors.- New Bluetooth stereo with 6x9's in the rear, 6.5's in the kickpanels and Alpine amp pushing them.- New carpet.- Brand new reupholstered seat w/ armrest. (hidden gun/wallet holder, etc. built in)- Lizardskin sound deadener on floor and firewall.- Brand new oak bed that is painted black.- Spray in bedliner to match truck w/ locking fuel door in bed.- All new weatherstripping around doors and glass.- New radiator.- New electric fan that is PCM controlled.- Tilt column w/ electronic cruise.- 3-point seat belts.
I know I'm missing a ton of stuff, but hopefully the pictures will tell the rest. The reserve on this thing is about half of what I see them going for in Goodguys magazine. This is a truck that you can drive for years and enjoy putting your own touches on, or just leaving it as is.
Please message me with any questions you may have. I have sold a lot of trucks on eBay with excellent results for me and the buyer. Feedback shows that! A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours at auction end through Paypal with remaining balance wire transferred to my bank within 3 days. Once wire transfer is confirmed, I will 2-day Fedex the title and Bill of Sale to you with a signature required. At that point you can set up transportation and I will assist in anyway I can when he shows up. Truck is obviously sold as-is with no warranty. Happy bidding!

- 3-point seat belts. They are just your standard lap and shoulder belts that are in all modern day vehicles.- Exhaust is true dual 2-1/2" that is deep and throaty with the 6.0. It is very mellow and not obnoxious at all. Sounds great!- Bench seat is out of a late 90's Ford truck. Very comfortable with flip-down armrest. Sits right below the rear glass. Built in hidden compartment behind the armrest that is totally unnoticeable even with the armrest down. Upholstery flap totally hides gun, wallet, phone, etc.- It does not have A/C at this point. I was eventually going to put in an "Old Air" kit. It would be very easy to add it.

Reserve price is considerably lower and is getting closer, but also a risk you taking bidding against many others. Please remember when considering this truck that I have over $28,000 invested into this build and that is not one dime for my 250 hours of labor I have into it. That is parts, paint, etc.. You cannot build a truck now days this nice for any less. You would literally pay twice as much for a truck like this to have it built for you. Something to think about.....
