1983 Chevrolet Suburban Silverado Description

Here we have a 1983 Chevrolet K20 Suburban for sale. She runs, drives, and shifts, four wheel drive does what it's supposed to. The Suburban has a GM 350, 3 speed auto transmission, factory 3/4 ton truck.
-Originally an Arizona Truck (moved 5-2016)
-Axles are 3.23 gearing from a 1985, the differential cover seals were replaced, as well as the fluid.-New front brake calipers and brake pads 3-2017
-Manual Locking hubs fully functional-4 New Tires were purchased 3/28/16, almost exactly 6,000 miles ago. Big O Big Foot A/Ts-Fuel Pump replaced 3/25/16-Valve cover gaskets, radiator hoses, radiator, plugs, wires, and antifreeze replaced 3/24/16- New Alternator 1/30/2015-Headman Headers with dual flow masters, exit under the truck just in front of the axle. It does have a bit of exhaust rattle at low speed.-Clean and clear Washington title, reads 000000 on the miles (odometer in excess of mechanical limits). I am not sure how many times it may have rolled over.-I drove this truck from Arizona to Washington last spring, no breakdowns whatsoever, and just took another 200 mile trip a couple weeks ago. She'll go down the highway. Just keep in mind she's 30+ years old, she's not perfect.-350 runs pretty good, has oil pan leak, some lifter noise. No excessive smoke, smokes a bit on startup when it has been sitting for more than a week. If it's driven daily, it never smokes. On the last 200 mile trip, she didn't use any oil. Used 1/2 quart when we drove it 1500 miles from Arizona.-Oil changed 2-2017 with high mileage synthetic blend-Transmission has minor leaks, as does transfer case (minor meaning I haven't had to top them off in over a year).-Speedometer is not accurate, but functional.- Power locks work-Power windows work, but a couple of them are slow going up.-Power tailgate does not work.-Factory Stereo does not work, but is still in place-Truck does have factory a/c. It does not work, but I have the compressor to go with the truck.-Driver's door is not keyed to the truck-Driver's door closes a bit rough-The truck's starter is a bit loud, might need a shim? I haven't had an issue getting her started.-The headliner and carpet has been removed. The floor in the truck has been done in rustoleum bed-liner.-Truck originally had a luggage rack, holes in roof have been silicone sealed.-The door panels do not match, front are blue, rest of interior is beige.-Dash is cracked, dash pad is in place.-Front seats have covers on them, upholstery is not in the best shape.-There is some rust, on the passenger side quarter behind the tire, as well as on the drivers side, just behind the rear door, and the driver's rocker has a little soft spot. Tailgate has a bit of rust around trim mounting holes.-Overall, the rust is not too bad for the year. The body has no huge dents, but it's not perfect.-The floor pans are solid.-The hood and driver's door are mismatched, and the hood has minimal dents and a small crack in the front.-Rear rectangle shaped window on passenger side cracked from inside but has been that way for years-truck has factory cruise but doesn't work-The primer on the truck is purely to protect where there was a minimal amount of surface rust, to my knowledge there is no bondo, what you see is what you get.
-This suburban is 30 years old, it runs and drives. It's not perfect, but I have tried to include everything I could think of and be honest.
