1965 Corvette Coupe - Loaded with factory Air - No Reserve!!!
I purchased this car in 2004 from a small private collection here in Tulsa, OK. After spending some time looking the car over and considering the power optionsand A/C the car had, I decided to keep it in my own collection up to this point. Time to sell!!!!
It is a very well preserved loaded coupe. Mostly kept inside during its life it has escaped the hazards of theweather and sun. The exterior is a clean, driver quality, older paint job. It looks to have had damage to the left front and has been repaired around the headlight area (the gaps are off). This is probably when it got its second paint job. No other previous damage is visible from the outside or underneath. There is also no sign of any other paint work or colors on the car. The chrome exterior parts are nice. All of the stainless trim is very nice! Please note the two small areas where the paint has flaws. We havetaken pics to show them. There is one on the upperleft 1/4 panel area and aminor paint crackon the lefttail.
The interior was renewed in 2005 including carpet, door panels and seat covers. The dash has not been painted and all the other interior trim parts are all original to my knowledge. You will notice that we have installed a lot of new small parts to detail theappearance.Interior lights and glove box lights are functional and working. No cracks in the steering wheel. Original seat belts. All gauges working except clock and it will sweep if you tap on the knob. The tack is not hooked up with the current distributor. All air ducts are correct inside and the correct factory A/C evaporator box under the hood looks good. It does have a bad POA valve on the A/C evaporator.
Still has the original air sticker in the back window. This is a loaded car with P/S, P/B, Factory A/C, Auto, electric windows, electric antenna. The headlights roll up and down as they should.
The current engine is an older 350 ci that runs and drives fine. The car came to mewith a numbers matching block, 300 HP machined to .030 over. I have a donor motor from a 67 car that is complete with intake, carburetor, distributor, balancer, headsand valve cover, ect. Most everything possible to put this car back to a quality original show car or put an LS motor in it and save the original. Or just drive it as is. Whatever works for you!! We have a few extra new loose parts including side emblems, battery cables and tie downs, transmission dipstick and tube, overflow bag and correct electric antenna. Also the original ignition shielding and air cleaner and other parts shown in the pictures. The frame and suspension are in nice southern U.S. condition.
I have tried to show and list all items. If you have questions or need more pictures please do not hesitate to ask. This is not some put together old junk Vette. This is a very nice car that needs a good home.
Thank you for you time. Good luck!!!
No Reserve so Bid to Own!!!
