The original 1980 Vette with exceptional frame and body, was disassembled to every nut and bolt. The frame and other steel parts were shot or bead blasted, Zero-Rust primed and painted with chassis gloss black. The body was upgraded with flex-fiberglass front and rear bumpers, side and rear ground effects and Daytona recessed headlights. The tinted base/metal flake/top and clear coat paint and overall appearance is a 7/8 and could easily be a 9/10 with some finishing touches. There are several small clearcoat stress blemishes on the hood (see the last photo).
Over $34,000 in parts (documented) plus over 2,000 hours of labor have been invested in this vehicle over the past 10 years. The vehicle was professionally appraised several years ago at $43,200 and is insured accordingly. The vehicle has always been stored in a heated and dehumidified garage. The current mileage (since full restoration) is 1790 miles.

Fuel Tank, Steeroids Power rack & pinion steering kit, fully rebuilt telescopic steering column, leather/chrome steering wheel, Uniroyal P255/60R15 Tiger Paw GTS tires, polished aluminum (original) 8 slot wheels and Corvette insignia chrome caps, upgraded insulated interior with new carpet, rear storage and battery compartments, rear compartment privacy shade, Corvette Logo mats, seat foams and seat covers, black dash cover, removable T-Tops, 140 MPH speedo & tach, oil/amps/temp/clock gages, bezels, brighter LED light bulbs, trim, weather stripping, new windshield/side windows and rear glass, window regulators, window motors, wipers/motors, Corvette Autosound AM/FM/CD with four speaker system……..and the list goes on!!!
The AC system has a new condenser, filter dryer, lines and upgraded R4 compressor and clutch. The system has been charged with mineral oil for R12 (4 cans included) and will need to be evacuated, leak tested and charged or it can be easily changed over to R134a and PAG oil.
